STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING
Easy to get
started.
Start with the website you need, with tools for customers, email, payments and memberships whenever you need them.
Your monthly fee includes managed hosting, platform maintenance, technical support and access to all standard Capitan modules, within your licence allowances. The platform subscription has an initial 12-month commitment, billed monthly, and renews annually. Give at least 30 days’ notice before renewal to cancel. Design, setup and additional work are quoted separately.
A few practical questions
What determines the build price?
Website builds start from £1,500 ex VAT. The final price depends on the design, pages, content and functionality you need. You’ll receive a clear quote before work begins.
What does the monthly subscription cover?
£140/month ex VAT covers managed hosting, platform maintenance, technical support and access to Capitan’s standard website and business tools, within the licence allowances.
What are the business tools?
Capitan brings together a powerful suite of connected business tools, including CRM, email marketing, invoicing, online payments and memberships. Put them to work from launch or adopt them at your own pace as your business develops.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. You can manage your website content through Capitan. Training can be included in your proposal, or you can also arrange for Capitan to make updates for you.
What happens if I need something more later?
Additional pages, features, integrations or design work can be scoped and quoted as your needs develop.

Paul’s experience spans branding, graphic design and web development, with a background in the music industry and creative agencies. After almost 15 years running an agency and working with businesses large and small, he founded Capitan in 2021 to bring that breadth of expertise to a more personal, hands-on service.
