In this video:
- Find the contact that you'd like to add or remove.
- Clicking the edit button beside the contact's name takes you into the full edit mode.
- Go to the Group Membership dropdown box.
- Tick beside the group names to add the contact to the groups. Click save the changes and await Capitan's response.â
- If the groups are already ticked, untick them to remove the contact from the groups. Again, remember to click save the changes.
- Alternatively, clicking the contact's name in the directory takes you to their profile
- Go to the Group Membership panel which will show any groups this contact is already a member of.
- To add them to groups simply tick beside the group names and click add. The Group Membership panel will refresh when the process is complete.
- To remove the contact from a group simply click the remove button beside the group name
