In this video:

• Start out by selecting the attributes to match your source data.
• Drag and drop the attributes and re-order them to match the order in your source data. 
• Now go into the import tab. 
• There's a dropdown box for choosing which groups to add contacts to. You can select multiple groups. 
• There's another dropdown box for choosing which groups to remove contacts from.
• Next, choose the source data file and await Capitan's response.
